False or Incorrect Information Disclosure
Any & all information provided by the applicant is deemed both truthful and correct. Any information provided that is found to be false or incorrect could result in a VOID contract. If an applicant has no prior history or information is not applicable, it is advised applicant provides as to why. An example, when asked for prior rental history and applicant has none, then applicant is advised to put wherever they have lived such as "lived with parents, friends, or etc". This gives VPU a fair & truthful application to be reviewed properly. VPU is a member of Equal Housing Opportunity.
